Our Mission

Welcome to The Mothers of Brentwood

The Mothers of Brentwood was founded in 2005. We are independently-run and member-driven 501(c)3 organization that strives to meet the diverse of changing needs of mothers in our community.

Mothers of Brentwood offers support to mothers whether you’re a stay-at-home, part-time or full-time working mom, trying to conceive or already expecting, we offer a variety of activities for you and your child(ren). Beyond providing a platform for mothers and their children to come together to play and share the joys and challenges of motherhood, we are committed to extending our reach through meaningful community outreach initiatives.

We envision a community where every mother feels empowered, supported, and connected. Through our expanded commitment to community outreach, we strive to create a ripple effect of positivity, making a lasting difference in the lives of families in Brentwood and fostering a sense of unity among all community members.

Meet the 2024 Board Members

Jenny - President

Hi my name is Jenny, my family and I have lived in discovery bay for the last 10 years. I have a 5 year old son, 3 year old daughter, and one more son on the way due in April. I am a local realtor and love my career and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. I am an avid horseback rider, and along with my kids i compete nationally in the jumper circuit with my horse. I have been a member of MOB for several years and love the club and everything it represents. I have made some of my closest friends through MOB, and I can’t wait to continue to help the club grow and thrive as President this year!

Kimi - Vice President

Hi, I’m Kimiko. Most know me as Kimi. I am a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful kids; age 7, 5 & 3. My husband and I have lived in Brentwood since 2017. Before Brentwood, we lived in North Orange County. However, I was born and raised in the Tri-Valley. When I have time for myself, I love a good workout, playing games, crafting or wine tasting.

Amanda - Secretary & Membership Coordinator

Hi, my name is Amanda. I have lived in Brentwood and been a member of the MOB since 2018. My husband and I have been married for over 10 years and we have 2 kids, Aubrey (6) and Peter (3.5) I am currently a stay-at-home mom, but before kids, I worked in the jewelry business. In my spare time, I am an avid reader (I try to read 100+ books a year), and I love cooking/baking and trying out new recipes (that my kids usually refuse to eat ).

Julianna - Helping Hands Coordinator

Hi! My name is Julianna, my family and I moved to Brentwood less than 2 years ago and we absolutely love it here. We have a 4 year old son named Oliver who loves to meet new friends! I work from home full time in talent acquisition/recruiting and in my spare time I love to travel, cook, Cricut, plan/host themed parties, go camping, and I recently got into baking! I’m so excited for this opportunity and to get to know more mamas in the community!

Jessica - Sponsor Director & Technology

Hi I’m Jessica! My family and I have been living in Brentwood for 3 years. We have a 2.5 year old and a baby coming any day now. I work full time as a software engineer and love technology. My passion, however, is interior design. I love meeting new moms and bonding over the similar experiences we share as mothers. This will be my second year on the MOB Board and I’m looking forward to continue making the MOB the best community we can be.

Elaine - Co Sponsor Director

Hi! I’m Elaine and have had the privilege of being a member of the MOB since 2016 and this is my 2nd year serving on the Board! The Mothers of Brentwood has played a huge part in enriching and supporting my motherhood journey along with feeling a huge sense of community in our area! We are a Homeschooling/Worldschooling family of 4 (daughters ages 8 and 5) who enjoys learning from rich cultures and immersive travel experiences. I also work part-time as a Digital Marketer and my husband, Egan, is in Real Estate & Business Development. We all love exploring and going on adventures…and even completed the 1000 Hours Outside challenge last year (thanks to Bali & Costa Rica)! Excited to serve as the MOB’s Co-Sponsorship Coordinator this year alongside other intelligent & badass moms!

Kaitlin - Co Sponsor Director

Hi everyone! I’m Kaitlin and I’ve been part of the MOB for almost 2 years, and I’m excited to be joining the board this year! I grew up in the South Bay, but have lived all over CA. Most recently, we moved from Martinez to Brentwood in late 2021. My husband, Joel, and I met in San Francisco in 2010, got married in Livermore in 2017, and had our Daughter, Piper (4), at the end of 2019. We also have a 15 year old puggle named Sookie. I love all things TV and movies, love to play games (hi Bunco crew), and am a big wine tasting nerd. I work full time in San Francisco, but I love coming to all the night and weekend MOB events! Fun fact: My sister painted the “Brentwood” mural with the butterflies downtown 🙂

Brandy - Marketing Coordinator

My husband and I have 4 kids, twin boys 12, a 4 year old boy and a 3 year old daughter. We both work from home, I am homeschooling my two little ones right now for preschool, and plan to do so through early elementary. I have a lot of flexibility with work during the week, so I try to stay active with my two youngest when I’m able to step away from meetings. We go to the park often, and love all the park selections that Brentwood has to offer. We moved to Brentwood from San Ramon in 2022 and fell in love with the small town feel and sense of community. I knew I wanted to join Mothers of Brentwood before I even moved here, because I was on the board of a mother’s club in San Ramon before moving. When I joined MOB, I was so impressed with the community outreach efforts and the amazing events put on throughout the year. It’s truly a one of a kind club, and I’m so lucky to be part of it. I love meeting new mom friends, and look forward to another great year making lifelong memories with MOB!

Rebecca - Co Marketing Coordinator

Hi, I’m Becca!
I have a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old, and I’m married to my college sweetheart. I grew up in the Central Valley, and moved to Brentwood about two years ago. I worked in behavioral health for several years before becoming a stay-at-home mom in 2020, and my husband works in law enforcement.
I love traveling, reading, cooking, reality TV, wine and beer tasting, and spending time with family.
I love being a part of the MOB, and I’m thrilled to be serving on the board this year!

Nicole - Lead Event Coordinator

I’m Nicole St Hilaire, wife and mother of two crazy boys. We’ve lived in Brentwood since 2020 and love to be active in the community. I also work full time for the Brentwood school district. This is my second year serving as events coordinator and I absolutely love to host and plan events! Can’t wait to see all that we have planned for this year come to life!

Michelle - Co Event Coordinator

I’m so excited to be joining the MOB Board this year! I moved to Discovery Bay 5 years ago with my husband because we decided the Brentwood area was a great place to be when we decided to start our family. I am mom to a two-year old bundle of energy who loves to be outside and around other children. MOB has helped me find my Mom Tribe to support her and myself. We can regularly be found at park playdates, library storytime, gymnastics class, or on the weekends out on the soccer field. I love attending Mom’s Nights Out and am excited to help plan MOB events for the MOB community!

Courtney - Treasurer Coordinator

My husband and I moved to Brentwood in 2018 and recently completed our family with our 3rd child. I joined the MOB after taking a pause on my corporate marketing career, to find playdates and fun events. I’m passionate about how the MOB serves our community through philanthropy and opportunities for moms to connect.

Kristina - Co Treasurer

I am a mother of two – one handsome little man and a baby girl on the way. I’ve lived in Brentwood surrounding area, Byron, for 3 years with my husband. We love the local community and I am very excited to be able to contribute my professional skills to MOB.
